That NYC Midnight Short Story Challenge? I did not advance. Bummer. What kind of story did advance, at least in the heat I ended up in? One with a dancing bear. Right. So, look for my submitted story to be posted here, because it's mine and I can do that. There will be no dancing bears. Also, no beloved monkey waiters or hyper-intelligent dogs. At least, not this time...
The 'Bad Austin' blog is about hear from me shortly, once I check the rules to see if notification would be sent out either which way. I mean, an email would've been nice, at least. I need to get to writing...I've let several prompts fall by the wayside and that's not helping any of my novice-writer-esteem issues.
