A lot of it feels like the U.S. pop music scene in the late 90's and early 2000's with our Spice Girls and Britneys and Christinas and Boy Band madness, but with shades of Pussycat Dolls and Justin Bieber to make it timely and appealing to Western audiences too. And there are K-Pop Boy Bands a-plenty, too, if that's your thing.
